Article 1 – General Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you as the user ("Member") and v57 as the operator of the online entertainment platform. This Agreement takes effect from the first time you access, register, or use v57 services in any form.
By continuing to use the platform, you automatically confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated here, along with related documents such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines.
V57 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via platform notifications or to the registered email address. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the changes.
This document is written in Bahasa Indonesia. In the event of any conflict of interpretation with other translated versions, the Bahasa Indonesia version shall prevail.
Article 2 – Account Registration
Each user is allowed only one active account on v57. Creating more than one account — whether under the same name or a different name — is a serious violation that may result in permanent blocking of all related accounts, including suspension of any balances held within them.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and non-misleading information. Your full name, date of birth, phone number, and identity details must match your official documents. This information will be used for identity verification (KYC), which is required before any withdrawal can be processed.
V57 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time — including national ID, driver's license, or other official documents. This is part of v57's commitment to platform ecosystem security and the protection of all members.
Creating duplicate accounts to manipulate bonuses or the betting system will result in a permanent ban with no right of appeal.
Article 3 – Age and Eligibility
V57 services may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above. This is a policy that cannot be waived under any circumstances. v57 actively enforces age verification through the KYC process and reserves the right to block accounts proven to be owned by underage users.
In addition to the age requirement, users must also ensure that participating in online entertainment activities does not violate applicable laws in their region or jurisdiction. v57 is not responsible for any legal consequences arising from use of the service from regions with specific legal restrictions.
Users who are under conditions that limit their legal capacity to enter into binding agreements are not permitted to use v57 services.
Article 4 – Deposits and Payments
V57 supports a variety of deposit methods commonly used in Indonesia, including bank transfers (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI, and others) as well as digital wallets such as GoPay, OVO, and DANA. All deposits are processed through a secure encryption system.
Funds successfully deposited into a v57 account may only be used for playing on the platform. v57 does not provide interest, investment returns, or any other financial gains on deposited funds. Deposits are not investments.
Minimum Deposit Requirements
Every deposit must meet the minimum amount set for the chosen payment method. Minimum details are available on the cashier page at the time of transaction. v57 reserves the right to update minimum deposit requirements at any time with prior notice.
Failed deposits due to incorrect account details or technical issues on the bank's end are not v57's responsibility; however, our support team will assist in tracing and resolving each case promptly.
Article 5 – Withdrawals
Withdrawals at v57 may be made after the KYC verification process has been successfully completed. Verification is a one-time process and remains valid permanently unless identity details change. The purpose of verification is to ensure the security of each member's funds and prevent account misuse.
Withdrawal funds may only be sent to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as the v57 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
Withdrawal Processing Time
V57 processes withdrawals in an average of 3 minutes for verified members. However, some large-amount withdrawals may require additional processing time of up to 24 hours as part of standard security procedures. VIP members at Platinum and Diamond levels receive higher queue priority.
Note: v57 does not charge any administrative fees for withdrawals. The full amount you request will be sent directly to your account, unless fees are imposed by the receiving bank.
Article 6 – Bonuses and Promotions
V57 offers a range of bonus and promotional programs designed to deliver added value to active members. Each bonus has specific terms and conditions, including rollover requirements, validity periods, and eligible games.
Members are strictly prohibited from using bonuses in an abusive manner or attempting to exploit the promotions system for financial gain without genuine intent to play ("bonus abuse"). v57 uses automated detection systems to identify such behavior.
Bonuses Are Non-Transferable
Bonus balances cannot be transferred between accounts, withdrawn directly before meeting rollover requirements (except VIP cashback with no rollover), or converted into any other form of value. A claimed bonus is considered intent to play, not a deposit.
V57 reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of being obtained through unauthorized means, including duplicate account registration, data manipulation, or other methods contrary to the spirit of the promotional program.
Article 7 – Game Terms
All games available on v57 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system certified by independent auditing bodies. This ensures that every game outcome is truly random and cannot be manipulated by anyone, including v57 itself.
In the event of a technical disruption or lost connection during gameplay, v57 will use server records as the authoritative reference for determining valid results. Bets placed before the disruption occurred will be settled according to the outcome recorded on the server.
Decisions made in-game are final and cannot be reversed unless there is strong evidence of a verifiable technical error confirmed by v57's technical team.
Article 8 – Account Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your password and account access confidential. v57 strongly recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) available in account settings. Never share your account credentials with anyone.
V57 will never ask for your account password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request, it is most likely a phishing attempt and should be reported to our support team immediately.
If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, contact v57 support immediately and change your password. v57 will help temporarily freeze your account while a security investigation is conducted.
Article 9 – Prohibited Conduct
To maintain platform integrity and a fair gaming experience for all members, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited on v57:
Registering more than one account to take advantage of bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
Using bonuses with unfair strategies to drain bonus value without genuine gameplay risk.
Using the v57 platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities. v57 cooperates fully with the relevant authorities.
Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or win bets through fraudulent means.
Using bots, automated scripts, or any software that provides an unfair advantage in games.
Article 10 – Account Termination
V57 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a member's account if a violation of these Terms and Conditions is proven or strongly suspected. Suspension may be carried out without prior notice in situations deemed an emergency by the v57 security team.
In cases of account closure due to a violation, any remaining balance may be temporarily held during the investigation. If the investigation finds no violation, the balance will be returned in full. Otherwise, v57 reserves the right to forfeit the balance in accordance with the applicable terms.
Members may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the v57 support team. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal after identity verification and confirmation that there are no outstanding obligations.
Article 11 – Limitation of Liability
V57 provides an entertainment platform built to the highest technical standards, but cannot guarantee a completely uninterrupted service at all times. Conditions beyond our control — such as internet outages from service providers, natural disasters, or unforeseen cyberattacks — may affect service availability.
V57 is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from: gaming decisions made by the member themselves, connection issues on the member's end, regulatory changes in the member's region, or events beyond v57's reasonable control.
Playing on an online entertainment platform carries financial risk. v57 encourages all members to always play within their means and make use of the risk management features available in account settings.
Article 12 – Changes to Terms
V57 reserves the right to revise, update, or add new terms to this document at any time in response to operational needs, regulatory changes, or service developments. Any material changes will be communicated via platform notifications, email to the registered address, or through official announcements on the v57 homepage.
